Domestic Shipping

 

Domestic shipping is between 1-15 days of arrival for your order, if you have purchased multiple products the wait time may be further toward 12-13 days, if order has not arrived within the time stated a refund can be processed immediately after the 15th day, please email with your issue and it will be dealt with accordingly. 

 

 

International Shipping 

 

International shipping is 1-25 days of arrival for your order, if you have purchased multiple products the wait time may be further toward 15-20 days, if order has not arrived within the time stated a refund can be processed immediately after the 25th day, please email with your issue and it will be dealt with accordingly.

How to Return  

 

Return Policy: the order can only be returned if it is in the exact conditioned received, as well as immediately if you are not satisfed with the condition of it. Immediately= within the first 24 hours of receiving what you've purchased. If you contact afterward a refund will not be processed as the window for us to make sure the item's condition is as you've stated has closed. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Please IMMEDIATELY send an email with images listed(same day of receiving preferably, if not next day) so the issue can be dealt with. Anything after 2 days of arrival and a refund will not be processed. Incorrect order needs to be informed to us immediately so the issue can be fixed before too long goes by, if your order is incorrect, we will only accept the incorrect order submission within one (1) week, anything afterward is assumed that you are happy with what you've received, and a refund cannot be processed.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Exchanges are not permitted. It sadly takes too long for each product to be shipped and received, and our warehouse is heavily stocked, receiving orders that are exchanges would bring great confusion to our workers, so please keep this in mind when purchasing your product from our online store.
